Mind and “Fear”

FEAR, is really the “Illusion of Fear”!

——–

For that, which we fear, does not precede us. Instead, it springs forth from us!

——–

In real time, Fear is simply: negative imagination, stuck on repeat!
The only reason why, it is on repeat, is because we had done ourselves the honour of somehow believing, that our imagination is actually happening in real time! Despite the event, not actually occurring in physical reality!

A real time full immersion, into a self-induced hypnotic trance!  And since this trance relies on our imagination, the possibilities and varieties of the illusions are practically endless!

——–

Our eyes are wide open. We are awake and alert. Carrying on our day as normal. Then one fear trigger happens,
and Boom!
One instantly slips into the fear trance.  And one is none the wiser.
One has no idea, that they are literally hallucinating!
One has no idea that they are reacting to non-existent stimuli!
One somehow super-imposes a fearful fantasy world directly on top of another-wise perfectly neutral situation!
A personal fearful world that no one else in the universe can see except the individual!
That is precisely why it is an illusion. Because  no one else can see it except us in our own mind.  So its got to be coming from us.  Because it certainly is not coming from outside of us.  If it was, then other people would be able to see it as well.
How can we see fear itself?
We cant.
Thus it must be an illusion!

——–

We have the power of our soul.
We are unlimited creators.
We must seize control of our imagination.
We must make our imagination work for us instead of against ourselves.
We are purely magical and adventurous.
We must go ahead and do what we want.
After all, fear is, but an illusion!

——–

Be fearless and fear-free 🙂

  1. “One somehow super-imposes a fearful fantasy world directly on top of another-wise perfectly neutral situation!
A personal fearful world that no one else in the universe can see except the individual!”

A great point here because what we are experiencing is merely a transient feeling that we can choose to keep or allow to diminish. Negative imagination stuck on repeat, like a movie playing in the mind continuously to reinforce a past event, and somehow the body believes the event is happening in real time. As you say, we have to seize control of our imagination. It takes discipline and practice but we can do it.

Another inspiring post here from your depth of mind, Khush 🙂
